TRX: a trend or a must?

Total Body Resistance Exercise, widely known as TRX is a specialized form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability, simultaneously. TRX was developed on 2005 and is also known as the training of the U.S. Navy SEALS, with a good reason, since its “father” is Randy Hetrick, a former U.S. Navy SEAL himself.
