Product Replacement

You have the right to return the product you received within 30 calendar days for FREE and request its replacement with another size or another product.

In case you want a different size, you can return your product and place a new order. The amount of the returned product will be credited to your account according to your payment method.

Payment for the new order is independent of the item returned. To return something, fill in the information on the Return Form included in your original parcel.

It can usually take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your return to our warehouse. Once we receive your return to our warehouse and in its original condition, we will send you a confirmation email.

In order the return to be ACCEPTED, the products must:

  • Include labels and must be in the original packaging e.g., socks must be returned with the original box.
  • Have not been used and is in excellent condition as received.
  • Underwear, except bras, are not returned for hygiene reasons.
  • The products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged on the road.

All goods will be inspected upon return. If the above conditions are not met, GSA SPORT may refuse the return.

Money Return

Once your item is checked and fulfills our Returns Policy, we will refund the whole amount. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account. Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable.

When returning an item, please make sure you use a recorded mail service and keep proof of the item sent until you receive a confirmation mail by us that we have received your items.
