Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is GEPAWORLD MON IKE, SPORTS APPAREL COMMERCE, with VAT number 800770961 and registered office at Favierou 7, 14452, Attica, Greece.
2. The contest is open to adults (over 18 years), except employees of GEPAWORLD MON IKE and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the contest.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
4. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified and only 1 entry will be accepted per person.
6. The contest will start on Tuesday, the 2th of April. Closing date for entry will be Wednesday, April 11th 2024 at 12:00 p.m. After this date and time, no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
7. The winners will be drawn by a digital lottery which will take place on Tuesday, April 11th 2024 at 13:00 p.m. The 2 winners, as well as the 2 runners-up, will be announced at that time.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The prize that will be drawn is: 2 double tickets for the Olympiacos BC vs Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul
    Basket game on Friday, 12st April 2024, at 21.15p.m at the Peace and Friendship Stadium.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
15. The winners will be announced through a Social Media comment on the post of this contest, and will be notified via email on Wednesday, April 11th 2024, until 17:00 p.m. If the winner does not respond to the email until Wednesday, January 17th 2024, at 17:00 p.m. we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and offer it to a replacement winner / runner-up.
16. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize will be delivered.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Greek law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
